Sign up for a free account at oneforeman.com/auth. Once logged in, you can create your first project, set up your organization, and invite team members. Most contractors are up and running within 5-10 minutes.
Go to Settings > Google Drive in your dashboard. Click 'Connect Google Drive' and authorize access. OneForeman will automatically create organized project folders with 16 smart categories for each of your projects.
Navigate to Settings > Check Settings in your dashboard. Enter your bank account details, choose a check layout (Standard, 3-Stub, Voucher, or EzCheck), and configure your MICR line. You'll need blank check stock and a printer with MICR toner.
Open your project, go to the Team tab, and click 'Invite Member'. Enter their email address and select their role. They'll receive an email invitation to join your project with the appropriate permissions.
Yes. We use bank-level encryption (AES-256), secure authentication with email verification, and enterprise-grade infrastructure powered by Supabase. Your data is stored in secure cloud servers with automatic backups. We never share your data with third parties.
Yes. You can export financial reports, project summaries, and transaction data as PDF or Excel files from the Reports section of any project. All documents stored in Google Drive remain accessible through your Google account.
You can cancel your account at any time from Settings > Account. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
Yes! OneForeman is available as a native iOS app on the App Store with push notifications, camera capture, and biometric login. The web app is also fully responsive and works as a PWA on any device.
