What Google Drive Data We Access

•Files you explicitly upload through our app: We only access files that you choose to upload or link through OneForeman
•Project folders we create: Folders created by our app for organizing your construction documents
•Your email address: To associate your Google Drive connection with your OneForeman account

What We DO NOT Access

✗Personal files unrelated to your construction projects
✗Files in folders not created or managed by OneForeman
✗Your entire Google Drive contents
✗Files from other Google services (Gmail, Photos, etc.)

How We Use Your Google Drive Data

Document Organization: Create and manage project-specific folders with categories like Plans, Contracts, Invoices, and Photos
File Linking: Generate shareable links for team collaboration and document sharing
Team Access: Enable controlled sharing of project documents with contractors, clients, and team members

Data Security & Storage

Your Data Stays in Google Drive

We do not download or store your Google Drive files on our servers. All files remain in your Google Drive account under your control.

Encrypted Connections

All communication between OneForeman and Google Drive uses encrypted HTTPS connections to protect your data in transit.

Access Tokens: We securely store Google Drive access tokens to maintain your connection. These tokens only grant access to the specific permissions you've approved and can be revoked at any time.

You Have Full Control

• Disconnect anytime: Remove OneForeman's access to your Google Drive from your account settings
• Selective sharing: Choose which files and folders to share with our app
• Revoke permissions: Remove access through your Google Account settings
• Data portability: Your files remain in Google Drive and are always accessible to you
